Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns. This includes custom or personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. Provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, and we will help resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
